Following a strict and super clean gluten free diet makes all of the above possible – well, at least it makes the attempt possible. I can say this…it is well worth the trouble of following a gluten free lifestyle to have no migraines, no bone pain and the energy not only to enjoy my daughter, but the ability to get out of bed and face each day. And its the only way I would have anything left for my art. My art - that keeps me connected, grounded and whole.
