I can say this…it is well worth the trouble of following a gluten free lifestyle to have no migraines, no bone pain and the energy not only to enjoy my daughter, but the ability to get out of bed and face each day. And its the only way I would have anything left for my art. My art - that keeps me connected, grounded and whole.

Hi Erin, I was looking at your site and couldn't find a contact page or address. Just a thought but I think you could also extend your blog to talk about the benefits of being gluten free to all, not just those who are celaics.
